I placed an order, but did not receive my ticket(s).
All passes are QR codes that can be downloaded to your smartphone wallet and must be scanned at venue for entry. QR codes will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the event date. For any additional questions, please contact Festival Ticketing Support at [email protected] or 855-414-6141. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm PT.
Can my ticket be scanned from my mobile device?

Are Payment Plans available?
Payment plans for One Love have ended, but PayPal Credit is available and can be used to pay off your online purchase of your One Love pass over time
I am no longer able to attend, can I get a refund?
Refunds will not be provided for any reason.
General Questions
What time does the festival start and end?
Venue doors open at 2pm on Friday, February 7 and 12pm on Saturday, February 8 and Sunday, February 9. Schedule will be posted on the website closer to the festival date.
Is the festival all ages?
Yes. Children 5 & under are free (must be accompanied by a ticketed adult).
Where do I park for this event?
There is no parking on site at the Queen Mary. ALL parking is offsite and serviced with our free shuttles. Please see more information on our Getting Here page.
Where do I pick up my merch upgrade?
Merch upgrades pick up is at main merch! Find the line on the far right of the tent (if you are in line looking at the tent) with a sign that says “Pre-Order Pick Up”. Please shows your ID to verify pick up.
Will there be vegan / vegetarian food vendors?
Yes!
Can I bring a camera?
A phone camera, small point and shoot without interchangeable lenses or GoPro (no poles/extender) are fine to bring in. No video cameras or professional cameras will be allowed into the event.
Recently give birth? Need a place to pump and store? We got mom’s covered! B.Y.O.P. (Bring Your Own Pump). Upon arrival simply ask to check in with a Safety Ops Manager at the front entrance into the festival, and they'll show you where the private pump area is located. Refrigeration available
Do you have a lost & found?
Yes. Stop by the Information Tent during the event to check if your item was turned in to festival staff. Guests who are not attending Saturday or Sunday can view the found items here after the festival.
